Bolt Threads’ new HQ redefines workplace design by blending functionality, sustainability, and community-focused elements. Designed to support a hybrid work model, the space fosters collaboration and connection while reflecting the company’s innovative ethos.

Repositioned from an industrial complex, the HQ includes creative office spaces, life science labs, quiet zones, collaboration hubs, and communal areas like a fitness center and outdoor workspaces with San Francisco Bay views. A nature-inspired color palette, natural light, and greenery emphasize wellness and sustainability.

The project was delivered on time and budget, seamlessly integrating design and construction to meet Bolt Threads’ vision for a forward-thinking, collaborative workspace.
