The goal was to deliver LEED-certified offices for a future-focused global firm, complete with a 360-degree immersive room and flexible work zones.
Designed to balance function with a strong industry presence, the space maintains a consistent identity across geographies and incorporates immersive environments that support both employee experience and client engagement.
A key focus was the development of multi-purpose spaces that accommodate both daily work and events. Flexible furniture, movable walls, social areas, and a 360-degree immersive room allow the environment to adapt to a range of uses.
The LEED-certified workspace features exposed ceilings and a warm, cohesive material palette inspired by the surrounding community, reinforcing a strong sense of place. Integrated technologies, including automated parking systems and real-time booking tools, enhance space utilization while supporting employee wellbeing.
