We worked with Hydra-Power's management team to develop a warm and sophisticated material palette. We already had big windows bringing in plenty of natural light, so we removed the perimeter offices on the upper floor so that the light could penetrate the entire workspace. Downstairs we updated their large training room and lunch room, bringing in light reflective materials and natural white oak to create flexible and functional rooms. The crown jewel was the double-height lobby space, which transformed from a makeshift product display to an inviting gathering spot with built-in booths, meeting rooms, and social lounges.

The new design introduced cleaner lines, and contemporary finishes, giving the space a fresh and vibrant look while still preserving the company's heritage. The highlight of the project was a sleek kitchenette, and a modern coffee bar, making it the ideal place for staff to unwind and connect. The result is a workspace that's not only aesthetically pleasing but also fosters a positive company culture.
